Atkins Realis Group is seeking an Associate - Commercial Manager to lead post-contract commercial management for multiple UAE residential villa and mid-rise projects. You will oversee contract administration, manage variations, and provide strategic commercial advice to project leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, MRICS, and extensive UAE experience with FIDIC Red Book contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
• Extensive UAE experience in delivering residential mid-rise, mixed-use and community developments.
• Proven experience leading commercial teams across multiple projects.
• Advanced knowledge of FIDIC Red Book contracts.
• Expert understanding of post-contract commercial management.
• Cost reporting and financial management.
• Cash flow forecasting and analysis.
• Variations and change management.
• Final account negotiations and settlement.
• Claims management and entitlement assessment.

• Act as the primary commercial interface with senior Contractor and Consultant representatives.

• Monitor commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution through effective negotiation and stakeholder management.
