Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate on the Client Service team in Dubai to understand client questions and recruit the best-fit experts from our network of over 1,625,000 advisors. You will work with project managers to tailor responses and deliver timely insights for clients.

This hybrid Dubai-based role offers built-in mentorship, opportunities for career growth, and a clear interview process to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to develop client project strategies.
• Identify best experts using LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to answer client questions.
• Identify the best leads and invite them to join our network to participate in consultations with clients.
• Screen experts to determine their suitability for each client project and develop professional profiles.

Overview

The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.

Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.

As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will understand your client’s unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will find and recruit new experts into our network of over 1,625,000 Guidepoint Advisors, determining which ones are best suited to speak with the client. For many of our employees, the Associate role provides a unique opportunity to put core business skills into practice, as well as gain exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines.

This is a hybrid position out of our Dubai office.
