About this Position

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for steering and implementing Henkel’s Key Account Strategy within your territory. You will focus on delivering tailored solutions to customers through project business, developing long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth while ensuring profitability. The role requires strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do
  • Implement and drive the Key Account Strategy within the assigned territory.
  • Develop deep market insights by understanding current and potential customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and applicators, offering solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Generate leads and engage directly with main contractors to secure business deals.
  • Achieve sales targets through both direct sales (contractors) and indirect sales (applicators / traders).
  • Take full ownership of pricing and profitability to deliver sales ambitions.
  • Drive portfolio growth by securing product approvals in collaboration with marketing and specification teams.
  • Report to the Segment Manager with clear business insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Promote Henkel’s vision, values, and leadership culture through daily actions and interactions.
