Job summary

Lead negotiations, build a premium buyer pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus. A proven track record of closing AED 10 million+ deals is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in real estate sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven record closing AED 10 million+ deals.
• Strong target achievement history.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai prime residential areas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Represent luxury residential properties to high-net-worth clients, both locally and internationally
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, availability, and market trends in Dubai’s top-tier neighborhoods
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified buyers and exclusive listings
• Conduct discreet private viewings and lead negotiations with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and lead generation
• Maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM platform
• Stay ahead of market activity and client expectations by attending key industry events

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience, ideally within the luxury segment
• Proven track record of closing transactions at AED 10 million+
• Consistently meets or exceeds personal sales targets
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s prime residential areas and luxury buyer behaviour
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to build lasting client relationships and deliver standout service
