Aldar Development is seeking a seasoned Marketing & Events leader to drive comprehensive event programs that launch new projects and enhance customer relationships.

You will craft budgets, manage campaigns, and collaborate with the communications team to optimize media impact while ensuring brand alignment and stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications

• Min of 8+ years of progressive Marketing and Events experience preferably in real estate.
• Field of Experience: Real-estate, or a relevant sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
• Adapt to changing conditions; Hands-on and action oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive events, promotional and activities plan for Aldar Development to support launches.
• Leverage downstream marketing with events to reinforce outputs and monitor results.
• Develop short and long-term event planning to build customer relationships.
• Understand value proposition and create events around target segments to drive demand.
• Execute events including conception, design, budget, and success measurement tools.
• Ensure timely execution aligned with brand and target audiences.
• Administer all phases of events: planning, marketing, servicing, and admin.
• Develop budgets and share implementation plans with related parties.
• Forecast and monitor expenses to stay within approved budget.
• Promote events via digital media and promotional campaigns.
• Work with communications to maximize media/PR leverage.
• Develop metrics to evaluate event success and customer experience.
• Support other team members and stay updated on industry trends.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE

• Develop comprehensive events, promotional and activities plan for Aldar Development to effectively support the launching of new projects and contribute to the success of the entity’s business objectives
• Leverage the downstream marketing implementation and tactics with events that reinforce the achievement of those outputs and monitor results

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop short and long-term planning and management of events to build a value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of objectives for Aldar Development
• Understand the business value proposition, competitive advantage and generate events and marketing plans built around specific target segments to ensure driving demand and correct positioning of Aldar Development projects
• Responsible for smooth execution of events including project conceptualization, management, design, budget, and success measurement tools
• Ensure timely and quality execution of all events activities inline with the brand and positioning of Aldar Developments to the desired target audiences
• Administer all phases of the event activities, including but not limited to planning, marketing, servicing, and administrative procedures
• Develop budgets of each project and ensure the implementation plan is shared with all related parties
• Develop, forecast, and monitor events expenses to ensure cost are within the approved budget
• Promote the event through different communication channels i.e., digital media, promotional campaign, etc.
• Work closely with communications team to ensure maximum leverage from media & PR
• Develop methods to evaluate / measure event success i.e., post-event evaluation survey, etc. to ensure high-quality customer experience
• Extend any support needed to other team members
• Promote the division, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure compliance with regulations

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 8+ years of progressive Marketing and Events experience preferably in real estate

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:

Real-estate, or a relevant sector.
