Job summary

Adearest seeks an Assistant Storekeeper in Abu Dhabi to support the Storekeeper and ensure materials issued and received are properly accounted for to minimize losses and wastage.

You will handle inventory control, receiving materials from suppliers, documentation, and coordinating site deliveries with proper records; English communication and basic Excel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year experience in industrial/manufacturing company and heavy industrial machinery.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good oral and written English communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Storekeeper and support in receiving materials.
• Maintain proper inventory control from preparation to posting in the system.
• Handle storekeeping of valued materials and tools monitoring.
• Document in/out of materials and send project materials to sites with documentation.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

• Sending project materials and machineries to different sites with proper documentation.
• Controlling the consumables.
• Proper monitoring of tools in and out
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications
