Combining the expertise of two industry leaders, AlphaMind develops and operates world-class restaurants, lounge bars, beach clubs, nightlife destinations, and lifestyle concepts across the UAE, Europe, and beyond. Its portfolio includes iconic brands such as CLAP, KIRA, LITT, Babylon, Sucre, Bar du Port, Iris, and other award‑winning hospitality experiences. Driven by creativity, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences, AlphaMind continues to expand its footprint globally while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and hospitality.

About CLAP Dubai

Perched high above DIFC, CLAP Dubai is an award‑winning restaurant, bar, and lounge that blends cuisine, design, music, mixology, and warm service, inviting guests to tune in and find their own rhythm. From golden sunsets to vibrant dinners that evolve into late‑night revelry, CLAP captures that perfect balance between luxury and play, where indulgence feels effortless any day of the week.

We are seeking an experienced, guest‑focused, and operationally strong Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership team at CLAP Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering an exceptional dining experience that reflects the brand's identity, while supporting team performance, operational excellence, and commercial results. This position requires strong leadership, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to thrive in a high‑volume, high‑profile hospitality environment.

  • Monitor floor operations during service, proactively resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed and the venue is maintained to the highest standards.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the front‑of‑house team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and hospitality.

  • Assist in managing scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
  • Identify talent within the team and support career development and progression.

  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
  • Support the building and maintenance of relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and key clientele to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Ensure personalised guest experiences are consistently delivered across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively gather guest feedback and support the implementation of improvements to elevate the overall experience.
Commercial Performance
  • Support revenue performance across food, beverage, and covers in line with targets set by senior management.
  • Monitor sales, covers, and average spend per head, identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue.

  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
  • Support the development of contingency plans for high‑demand periods, events, or unforeseen operational challenges.
  • Follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution of any venue‑related issues.
