KN International is urgently seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to oversee infrastructure and building services within projects in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on quality execution, compliance with local regulations, and coordination with contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background with at least 10 years of infrastructure and building services experience, including pumping stations and fluid

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure and building services projects.
• Work in the UAE with familiarity of local regulations.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and supervise construction.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Resident Engineer in managing M&E infrastructure and building services projects.
• Oversee pumping stations, fluid mechanics, and related systems for compliance.
• Supervise contractor work to meet contract requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Respond to RFIs, submittals, and technical queries related to M&E works.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Review project docs, including material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with status updates.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations on-site.
