You will provide strategic leadership of teaching, learning and curriculum across the whole school, ensuring high-quality practice and a coherent English National Curriculum from Pre-KG to Grade 12.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teaching and curriculum at a senior school level.
• Knowledge of English National Curriculum and MoE standards.
• Experience supporting multilingual learners and literacy development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of teaching, learning and curriculum across the school.
• Lead professional learning and coaching to improve classroom impact.
• Align pedagogy with MoE standards and GEMS playbooks.
• Ensure coherent English National Curriculum from Pre-KG to Grade 12.
• Collaborate with Heads of School and leaders for curriculum coherence.
• Maintain high expectations and evidence-informed practice across phases.
