Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Assist the Direcor of P&C in the preparation of the P&C budget, forecast and annual action plans.
  

P&C Operations

• Ensure that Anantara P&C operational policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved.
• Assist in activities related to sourcing and recruitment, performance management, staff discipline, and P&C administration.
• Manage P&C operations based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of UAE labour law.
• Coordinate matters related to work permits and visas.
• Maintain complete and confidential employment records for all team members, both online and in physical files.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Implement corporate policies and establish local policies and processes for salaries and benefits.
• Implement and monitor teammembers incentive and bonus schemes.
  

Team Member Communications

• Assist in communicating key messages to all team members.
• Promote team member communication activities and channels to encourage and facilitate employee feedback.
• Maintain positive relationships with team representatives and ensure grievances are monitored and resolved.
  

Team Members Accommodation & Transport

• Coordinate all matters relating to team members accommodation, facilities, and transportation.
