Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking an HR professional to support the sourcing, recruitment, and administration of staff under Minor Hotels P&C policies.

You will coordinate work permits, manage employee records, payroll basics, and ensure UAE labor regulations compliance, while promoting confidentiality and effective communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR administration and employee records management.
• Experience in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data management.
• Basic understanding of payroll and salary-related HR processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Knowledge of company HR policies and UAE labor regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and other employee documents.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that Minor Hotels P&C operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
• To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration.
• To coordinate all matters of work permits and visas.
• Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation and benefits.
• Implement employee incentive bonus schemes.
• Assist in communication of key messages to all staff.
• Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
• Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
• Coordinate all matters of staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
• Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
