The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Hotel/F&B Management, 3–5 years of luxury hospitality experience, and strong leadership skills to coach a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel/F&B Management.
• 3–5 years of hospitality or luxury F&B experience.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations and guest service standards.
• Cash handling, inventory control and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of outlet operations with service standards and compliance.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests and addressing feedback.
• Assist in managing financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead and develop team members through training and performance support.
• Maintain cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives and profitability.
