Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily operations of the restaurant and bar in our Yas Island property. You will help achieve departmental targets while upholding the highest standards of guest service, quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency, aligned with company policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in F&B with supervisory experience, preferably in an Italian dining concept within a luxury hotel environment, and possess strong

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage with supervisory or assistant management exposure.
• Experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian dining concept is highly desirable.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, F&B service, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of restaurant revenue and cost management.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is an advantage.

As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring optimal performance across all areas. You will assist in achieving departmental targets while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency, in line with established policies and procedures

About You

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, with experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Previous experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian dining concept is highly desirable.
• Experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, food and beverage service, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
