Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, seeks an Associate in Food & Beverage to support the Outlet and F&B Manager in delivering exceptional luxury service and maintaining brand standards.

You will assist in recruiting, guide team members, ensure policy compliance, and deliver memorable guest experiences while coordinating between service, kitchen, and dining areas in a premium all-inclusive hotel environment.

Qualifications

Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
Minimum two years in fine dining and All inclusive operations in a luxury hotel is a plus.
Strong guest service skills and ability to lead teams to excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager with operations and maintains product quality and consistency.
Provides exceptional guest service and leads recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members.

Job Description

Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager with operations, such as inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products.
Provides exceptional service to guests, promotes and maintains good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room, and leads in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
Ensures all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications

Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
Minimum of two (2) years of fine dining restaurant and "All inclusive'' operations experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.

Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.
