Job summary

ENNISMORE in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, ensure service excellence and adherence to brand standards while delivering a stellar guest experience.

You will greet guests, supervise the outlet team, monitor stock, costs and upsell opportunities, and coordinate with other departments on events. This role requires leadership, strong communication and a focus on health, safety and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet ensuring smooth service delivery adherence to brand standards and optimal guest experience
• Greet and interact with guests ensuring satisfaction and handling any complaints or requests promptly and professionally
• Supervise and motivate the outlet team assign duties provide training and ensure staff performance aligns with company standards
• Assist in managing stock levels including ordering receiving and monitoring usage to minimize waste and maintain cost control
• Support in achieving outlet financial targets by monitoring expenses upselling and contributing to revenue generation strategies
• Ensure health safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed within the outlet
• Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate service events and special promotions
• Provide feedback and reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance staff issues and guest feedback
• Resolve operational issues efficiently and take initiative to improve guest service and outlet performance
• Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.
