We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Uniform Services to join our HR Operations team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our uniform and laundry operations, supporting a seamless colleague experience and upholding service excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise on-site contractor teams, promoting a positive and safe work culture
  • Oversee uniform distribution, tailoring, laundry, and inventory operations
  • Maintain SOPs, task schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards
  • Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and waste reduction strategies
  • Respond to colleague feedback and continuously improve service delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within uniform services, laundry, or customer service operations
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion), and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High School Diploma required; a degree or certification in Fashion, Garment Technology, or related fields is a plus
