KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining top standards and quality across all operations at a beach bar setting. You will drive departmental KPI focus on guest satisfaction, people, product and profit.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in a beach bar or related field, with international exposure and 5-star hotel experience preferred. A solid grasp of business acumen and P&L management is essential.
