Job summary

Mediclinic Dubai Mall in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a patient‑centred nurse to provide and coordinate evidence‑based care under supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role requires maintaining ethical standards and contributing to a safe, learning‑oriented clinical environment.

Essential: Nursing Diploma with at least two years in OPD, preferably Gastro; experience in a JCI‑accredited hospital is advantageous. This is a full‑time, on‑site position at the Dubai Mall facility.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in OPD, preferably in Gastro.
• Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team according to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety per MCME policies and relevant laws.
• Create a conducive environment to support positive patient experiences as guided by nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
