Job summary

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a licensed nurse to provide patient-centric care in the OPD Gastro setting. The role focuses on evidence-based nursing aligned with regulatory standards and company policies.

You will coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care. The ideal candidate has at least two years of OPD Gastro experience, familiarity with Hydrogen Breath Testing, and may have Pediatric Surgery exposure as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Essential: At least two years current recent experience in OPD Gastro
• Experience with Hydrogen Breath Testing (HBT)
• Pediatric Surgery experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees
