Job summary

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is seeking a qualified nurse to join our patient-centric care team. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care and coordinate with the multi-disciplinary team to uphold professional standards.

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least two years of OT experience in a hospital setting; UAE experience is a plus. Strong Arabic basics and fluent English communication are required for patient interaction and documentation.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
2. Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
3. Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
4. Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

UAE experience would be beneficial

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
