Job summary

Mediclinic International in Dubai is seeking a registered nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric care in OPD Gastro, adhering to regulatory and company standards. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and patient experiences.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Nursing, at least two years’ OPD Gastro experience, and knowledge of hydrogen breath testing. Arabic basics and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Essential: At least two years current recent experience in OPD Gastro.
• Experience with performing Hydrogen Breath Testing (HBT).
• Pediatric Surgery experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees
