The role is responsible for managing, organizing, controlling, and coordinating estate operations, maintenance, and administration of commercial or residential properties to maximize the value of the asset portfolio.
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
- Participate in the negotiation of property management contracts, leases, and financing in coordination with the Commercial and Legal functions, following established policies and procedures.
- Identify and assess technical aspects and requirements for tendering and contractor qualifications in coordination with the Procurement and Administration Division.
- Prepare proposals for property management opportunities.
- Manage sales contracts, property leases, collection processes, and lease renewals.
- Manage end-user customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and contractual obligations.
- Participate in the preparation and review of property and maintenance-related technical tender documents and coordinate with Commercial and Legal teams during the tendering process.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Sales Division to enhance end-user customer relationships.
- Liaise with the Development Planning and Projects Division during design and construction phases to provide operational feedback and technical advice.
- Liaise with the Finance Division to resolve outstanding debt and financial issues in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate utility services provision to properties following handover.
- Prepare periodic reports on divisional activities and progress.
- Evaluate and manage subordinate performance.
- Align operations with international strata management best practices while meeting local requirements.
- Ensure SAP system information is updated and maintained accurately.
- Maintain compliance with the company's HSE policies and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Real Estate Management or Building Services.
- MBA is an advantage.
Experience & Skills
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a real estate/property development company.
Knowledge
- Corporate, real estate, and retail business knowledge.
- Policies and procedures.
- Workforce analysis.
- Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- IT knowledge for report preparation.
