Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Law, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Professional certification in Compliance, Consumer Protection, Risk Management, Governance, Internal Audit, or Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in Market Conduct, Consumer Protection, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Governance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Consumer Protection Regulation gap assessments and verify regulatory compliance.
• Monitor implementation of Consumer Protection Standards and ensure timely closure of gaps.
• Review policies, procedures, and regulatory documents for compliance with CPRS and governance frameworks.
• Lead regulatory initiatives related to Consumer Protection and remediation programs.
• Provide expert interpretation of regulations to support business units in compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance and business units on audits and remediation.
