Job summary

Kerzner International’s Atlantis, The Palm seeks an Assistant Manager, Housekeeping to lead daily operations, supervise staffing, and uphold top-tier cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas in a luxury five‑star setting.

You will collaborate with Front Office, VIP Services, and Maintenance, drive training and safety programs, and ensure flawless guest experiences in a fast‑paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury five‑star hotel.
• Strong English communication and guest‑facing skills.
• Clear leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards.
• Manage staffing, rosters, briefings, and productivity tracking.
• Coordinate with Front Office, VIP Services, and Maintenance for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Lead training, coaching, performance reviews, and safety audits.
• Manage HotSOS requests, deep cleaning schedules, and supply control.
• Engage colleagues, ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety.
• Address guest concerns promptly to deliver exceptional service.
