Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a junior management role within housekeeping in a luxury hotel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
• Certificates: HS&E and Group Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping attendants to ensure high standards and punctual reporting.
• Interacts with suppliers/contractors for quality services and timely delivery.
• Maintains records of deep cleaning and follows up on out-of-order rooms.
• Inspects corridors, public areas, back of house, and rooms for cleanliness and equipment.
• Handles guest complaints following SOPs and notifies the Director/Housekeeper.
• Assists in inventory management and maintains resources for tasks.
• Ensures training and performance development plans for housekeeping staff.
