Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai invites applications for an Assistant Manager - Cash Management Operations. Based in our Dubai office, you will support payment service products, drive efficiency in the Cash Processing Centre, and ensure cost control while maintaining high service standards for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires at least two years in banking remittance processing or cheque clearing, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication to liaise across units

Qualifications

• Two years of banking remittance processing or cheque clearing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability across end-to-end processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure authenticity and accuracy of all transactions within the Cash Processing Centre, following remitter instructions.
• Oversee reconciliations and promptly address discrepancies; minimise unreconciled Nostro entries.
• Maintain SLA-driven turnaround times and adhere to CMS policies and cash management guidelines.
