Job summary

RAK Medical and Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU) invites applications for the position of Assistant - Library (Emirati only). The role focuses on supporting daily library operations, assisting students and staff with catalog queries, circulation duties, and access to library resources.

Candidates should hold a relevant full-time Bachelor's degree (preferably in Library and Information Sciences) and have at least 1 year of proven library experience.

Mandatory Qualification

• Candidate must have a relevant full-time Bachelor's degree, preferably in Library and Information Sciences.

Mandatory Minimum Experience

• 1 year of proven work experience, preferably in a university/college/corporate Library.

Skills

• Candidates must have strong computer skills with MS Office experience.
• Working knowledge of a Library Management Software is strongly preferred.
• Candidate must also possess very good English communications skills (written and oral).
