Ajman University is looking for a smart Library Assistant. You will help keep the library quiet, clean, and organized while assisting students in finding the right books for their exams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help students find books, journals, and digital papers using the library's main search computer.
• Check the books back into the system when students return them and place them back on the correct shelves.
• Keep the library reading areas, group study rooms, and computer desks very tidy and neat.
• Answer student questions about how to use the library printing and scanning machines.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years working in a library, bookstore, or academic office.
• Skills: Must be very organized, quiet, and friendly when helping students find their study materials.
• Visa Status: Must be ready to join our university team fast with a cancelled visa or clear NOC paper.
