Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Kids Club Manager to oversee daily Kids Club operations on-site in Ras Al Khaimah. You will lead a team to provide safe, engaging activities for young guests, while upholding high safety standards and exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety procedures, first aid, and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Kids Club team.
• Plan, organize, and supervise age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Kids Club.
• Build strong relationships with guests and respond to inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and activity materials, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
• Assist in creating innovative programs and seasonal activities that enhance the guest experience.
