This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent adherence to the brand's high standards. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily performance, team leadership, profitability, and operational excellence across all aspects of the venue - from dining to nightlife.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
