Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a coil processing operator to assist in size pass changes and guide coils through reforming, trimming, and tagging processes in a high-safety environment. The role requires maintaining clean work areas and following all health and safety policies.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, good English, and awareness of safety and teamwork. Education credentials include Higher Secondary and an Education Degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in size pass changing activities to minimize delays.
• Ensure coils reform smoothly to avoid rings sticking.
• Inform Senior Roller if head orientation of coil in cooling conveyor is abnormal.
• Monitor and guide coil head and tail during production.
• Trim coil heads/tails according to the number of rings to be removed.
• Inset tags properly on each coil.
• Keep the work area clean and comply with safety, quality, health and environment policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To assist in size pass changing activities thus utilizing the in delay which occurred the shift Ensure coils falling smoothly into the reforming tub to avoid rings stuck up To inform Senior Roller if head orientation of coil in cooling conveyor is abnormal Monitor and guide the head and tail of coils continuously during production To trim the head and tail of coil according to the number of rings to be removed To inset the tags properly on each coil To keep the work area always clean and tidy Follow all management directives regulations and policies relating to safety quality health and environment

To work as per Shift Supervisor instruction either at reforming pit area trimming station or tagging as required
