Kerzner International's Atlantis The Royal in Dubai invites an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to elevate service standards across the operation. You will mentor colleagues, drive KPI performance, and ensure quality in a ultra-luxury setting.

With 3+ years in supervisory roles within luxury hotels or renowned restaurant groups, you will lead with passion, coordinate training, and partner with management to maintain guest satisfaction and brand excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervisory or junior management in F&B.
• Experience in luxury hotel or renowned restaurant group.
• Strong communication across levels; language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs on guest satisfaction, people, product and profit.
• Monitor staff performance and implement improvements.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of F&B tools and equipment.
• Ensure opening/closing checklists are followed.
• Assist outlet manager with department scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
