Kerzner International is hiring an Assistant Manager for Carbone at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. The role supports restaurant management to uphold top-tier F&B standards, leads and trains colleagues, and helps drive profitability with keen oversight on audits, stock, and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory capacity within luxury dining or renowned restaurant groups, excellent communication, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory or junior management experience in F&B.
• Background in high-end dining within luxury hotel or renowned restaurant group.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs for Guest, People, Product and Profit in F&B operations.
• Gather shift analyses and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of restaurant tools and equipment.
• Ensure opening/closing checklists are followed.
• In manager’s absence, lead daily F&B operations meetings and brief the team.
• Assist scheduling to maximize efficiencies and reduce overtime.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and address issues with senior management.
• Record guest preferences in SevenRooms and use accurate tags.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation and service standards.
• Act on customer feedback to improve quality and service.
• Maximize reservations in coordination with Reception and Reservations.
