Job summary

Nimble Talent, a global talent solutions provider, seeks a detail-oriented ad operations assistant to support multiple accounts with campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and reporting.

You will work across Google DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat while ensuring data quality and timely task delivery in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing programmatic, paid social, and paid search.
• Strong QA and data quality assurance skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide executional support for multiple accounts including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing, optimizations, tagging, and reporting.
• Work with ad platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Audit data quality and implement fixes and updates.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide executional support for multiple accounts including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing, optimizations, tagging, and reporting
• Work within ad platforms such as Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
• Audit data quality and implement necessary fixes and updates
• Communicate with internal team members and project leads to ensure accurate task completion
• Incorporate feedback to improve performance and support the development of efficient processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT (pivot tables, pivot charts, vlookup)
• Familiarity with digital marketing (programmatic, paid social, paid search)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
• Strong attention to detail and proactive QA skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
