Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site activities to keep progress on schedule.
• Supervise reinforcement work per specs and quality standards.
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow health and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical documents accurately.
• Prepare material quantities and assist with cement and mixtures.
• Coordinate with workers and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Monitor quality and report progress and issues.
