Job Details

Plan and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers to keep site operations progressing according to the approved schedule.

Supervise reinforcement work and ensure structural activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.

Maintain safe working conditions at the construction site and ensure all occupational health and safety procedures are properly followed.

Provide management with regular updates on construction progress, site challenges, material requirements, and operational concerns.

Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical documentation accurately during the execution of site activities.

Install, position, and handle reinforcement components required for different structural and construction works.

Measure and calculate the quantities of materials needed for reinforcement and other construction activities.

Prepare and use cement and other required mixtures according to project requirements and technical instructions.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe to support efficient site operations and reduce workplace risks.

Coordinate closely with workers and other site personnel to ensure assigned activities are completed correctly and within the required timeframe.

Assist in resolving day to day construction issues and maintain smooth coordination between different work activities on site.

Monitor the quality of completed work and report any technical or operational issues that may affect project progress.

Job Experience Requirements

Previous experience in construction work with practical ability to supervise, coordinate, and guide construction teams.

Good ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical plans, specifications, and related site documentation.

Knowledge of anchoring methods, reinforcement installation, and prestressed reinforcement techniques will be required.

Ability to calculate basic construction material quantities and follow technical instructions accurately.

Willingness to travel for extended assignments or business trips within the country when project requirements demand.

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams.

Good physical fitness and ability to work safely and efficiently in demanding construction environments.

Ability to work under site conditions while maintaining focus on quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned activities.
