Job Summary

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about accounting and finance and is looking to build a successful career in a dynamic logistics environment. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records.

Primary Accountabilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, and company accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management summaries.
• Support VAT documentation and compliance requirements.
• Organize and maintain financial files and accounting documents.
• Assist with audit preparations and other finance‑related tasks as required.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance‑related roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software is considered an advantage.
• Core Competencies: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Traits: Excellent attention to detail, strong record‑keeping abilities, effective time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
