Junior Accountant

The position of Junior Accountant is open for individuals who are passionate about numbers and have a strong attention to detail. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of our company. This includes but is not limited to maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and performing basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Process invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking expenses
• Support senior accountants in various tasks as needed
• Communicate with clients/vendors regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or relevant field)
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Biometric passport preferred but not required
