Finance Assistant

Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedFinance Assistantto support our finance department inDubai. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of financial processes, including maintaining accurate records and supporting key reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.
• Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing and follow-ups.
• Help prepare documents for audits and financial reviews.
• Monitor expenditures and assist in budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting support role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Tally).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
