Job summary

Expo City Dubai seeks an Asset Management Engineer to oversee the asset portfolio lifecycle, ensuring data quality, compliance and value optimisation. You will maintain asset registers, develop dashboards, and contribute to maintenance strategies for reliability and sustainability.

The role requires 4+ years in asset management, a relevant engineering degree, and knowledge of ISO 55001. You will collaborate with multiple departments to drive continual improvement and investment planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Balance performance, risk, cost and value across the lifecycle.
• Develop and improve Asset Management System aligned with ISO 55001.
• Assist ISO 55001 certification readiness and audits.
• Develop strategic asset management plans, policies and governance.
• Maintain asset register with complete, accurate data.
• Develop asset dashboards and KPI reports (condition, reliability, risk, lifecycle).
• Input into preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate asset handover, data, testing and regulatory documentation.
• Support lifecycle-cost analyses and investment planning.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and standards.
• Coordinate with ops, maintenance, projects, finance, procurement and IT.
