Confidential Company is seeking a seasoned asset management lead to oversee the entire lifecycle of company assets across projects in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes accurate asset tracking, strong reporting, and strict compliance to sustain project operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance, inspections, and lifecycle activities while driving performance improvements and providing leadership to the assets team in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of asset management experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Strong knowledge of asset control systems, reporting, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management activities by ensuring effective utilization, maintenance and control of company assets.
• Manage asset tracking, allocation, and utilization across projects.
• Ensure proper asset records, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and support the assets team in daily operations.
