Job summary

Global Maritime in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Trainee Marine & DP Technical Surveyor. The role provides structured training, mentoring and hands-on experience to develop competency in vessel inspections, DP systems, surveys and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
• Good understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work offshore.

Responsibilities

• Support vessel inspections and marine surveys under supervision.
• Assist with DP trials, FMEA and technical reporting.
• Review technical documentation and Safety Management Systems.
• Develop understanding of DP systems and marine operations.
• Maintain project records and timesheets.
