Our client in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Marine Surveyor to join its office and support maritime consultancy and surveying services.

Responsibilities include advising on repair work, conducting marine incident investigations, and producing detailed inspection reports, with travel within Dubai and abroad as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Marine Superintendent or with a Classification Society, Marine Surveying Firm, or Shipyard.
• Fluent English; Arabic would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Our client, a well-established international company operating in the maritime consultancy and marine surveying sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Marine Surveyor to join its Dubai office.

The company provides technical marine consultancy, surveying, claims-related support and advisory services to a broad international client base across the shipping and marine insurance industries.

We are looking for a senior marine professional with strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgement and a hands‑on approach to marine surveying and incident investigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on repair work and verifying that such work has been carried out effectively
• Carrying out marine incident investigation work
• Producing detailed, clear and concise inspection reports

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• Experience as a Marine Superintendent and/or with a Classification Society, Marine Surveying Firm, or Shipyard
• University degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Fluent English and strong MS Office skills; Arabic would be a plus
• Able to travel within Dubai and abroad
