Job summary

NOVOTEL in Dubai seeks a culinary professional to join its kitchen team, delivering food to Accor/Ibis standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will manage mise-en-place, support breakfast and 24-hour service, and uphold safety and hygiene requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a culinary degree or diploma, has experience with 5* hotels, and is currently based in the UAE with availability to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in Culinary required.
• Experience in 5* hotel or relevant industry is a must.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, arrange, and serve all food according to the standards set by the sous chef.
• Maintain station mise-en-place and ensure correct setup for shifts.
• Support breakfast and 24-hour service with proper sequence of service.
• Follow safety, hygiene rules and Accor/Ibis policies; report issues promptly.
• Attend training classes and contribute ideas for improvement.
