Job summary

ASGC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Procurement Engineer – Civil to support turnkey construction projects in Dubai. You will manage supplier relations, evaluate bids, and oversee procurement processes on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of main contractor procurement experience in the UAE/GCC, plus strong negotiation and communication skills. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of procurement experience with a construction main contractor in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, suppliers, and subcontract procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement management processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
