Job summary

Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi’s Luxury Beach Club is seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to craft artisanal pizzas and Italian-inspired dishes to the highest standards. You will master dough fermentation, oven techniques, and curate toppings to delight guests.

You will lead mise en place, train junior staff, manage portions and waste, and partner with the culinary team for events. A 3–5 year background in luxury hospitality with HACCP knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Pizza Chef in luxury settings.
• Experience with pizza dough fermentation, flour types and baking temperatures.
• Knowledge of Italian culinary traditions.
• Food safety/HACCP certification preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, premium hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake artisanal pizzas using traditional and modern techniques.
• Manage dough preparation, fermentation, portioning, stretching, topping and baking.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and quality.
• Oversee ovens (wood-fired, gas or electric) for optimal results.
• Assist in developing seasonal pizza menus and specialties.
• Ensure fresh ingredients and proper storage; monitor inventory.
• Uphold hygiene and HACCP standards; control waste and costs.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
• Support beach club events and private dining experiences.
