Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join an F&B company in Kuwait. You will craft high-quality pizzas, manage dough prep, and ensure consistent taste and presentation across all pizza items.

You should have hands-on experience in fast-paced restaurant environments, strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and oven handling. Italian/wood-fired pizza experience is a plus, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining food safety standards is

Qualifications

• Experience as Pizza Chef or similar role in high-volume F&B.
• Knowledge of dough prep, baking techniques, sauces and toppings.
• Experience with Italian/wood-fired pizza is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Handle dough preparation, proofing, stretching, shaping, topping, and baking.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation of all pizza items.
• Prepare sauces, toppings, garnishes, and mise en place for daily operations.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, kitchen equipment, and workstations properly.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, stock rotation, storage, and wastage.
• Support menu execution, daily specials, and new pizza item development when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team and service team to ensure smooth and timely order delivery.
• Assist with inventory checks, ordering requirements, and proper handling of ingredients.
• Support busy service periods with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Pizza Chef for an F&B company in Kuwait.

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on culinary professional who can prepare high-quality pizzas, manage dough preparation, maintain consistency, and support smooth kitchen operations. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and quality standards in line with the company’s concept and guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle dough preparation, proofing, stretching, shaping, topping, and baking.

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation of all pizza items.

• Prepare sauces, toppings, garnishes, and mise en place for daily operations.

• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, kitchen equipment, and workstations properly.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, stock rotation, storage, and wastage.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo, Commis Pizza, or similar role.

• Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality groups, hotels, or high-volume F&B operations.

• Good knowledge of pizza dough preparation, baking techniques, sauces, toppings, and oven handling.

• Experience with Italian-style pizza, wood-fired pizza, or artisan pizza is an advantage.

• Ability to maintain consistency and quality during busy operations.

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, storage, and kitchen standards.

• Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.

• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to support kitchen operations.

• International hospitality or multi-outlet experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
