Job summary

Abroad Work in Abu-Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Barista to join the team. The role focuses on crafting specialty coffee beverages and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will take orders, operate the POS, ensure accuracy, maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety guidelines, and keep equipment and supplies in stock. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required; immigrants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks in accordance with customers' orders or employer's specifications
• Ensure that all customers are served quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean work environment, clean all equipment and surfaces, follow all health and safety guidelines
• Answer customers' questions about menu items; provide detailed information about ingredients, preparation methods, and product freshness
• Take customer orders; accurately record them into the point of sale system
• Receive payment from customers; issue receipts or change due to customers
• Refill supplies such as coffee beans or beverage syrup bottles as needed
