Job summary

Workato is seeking a Barista in Abu-Dhabi, UAE to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will create and serve specialty coffee drinks and provide excellent customer service, while connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds.

We are seeking a Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and serving specialty coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has good interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. Knowledge of coffee bean varieties and specialty drinks is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work with customers from different backgrounds.

The job requires the individual to prepare hot and cold beverages following company recipes, serve customers promptly and courteously, maintain the cleanliness of the store, take payments, answer customer questions regarding menu items, provide advice regarding menu items, restock items as needed, adhere to health and safety regulations, open/close store shifts when required.

This position offers competitive compensation of 1300 AED per month; we are also open to considering immigrants for this role. No previous experience is necessary; however, a basic understanding of coffee making is preferred.
