Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to speak English fluently is preferred but not mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Follow all hygiene rules when preparing food, drink, or equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
• Check stock levels regularly and alert manager when supplies are running low.
• Perform cashier duties, such as taking payments from customers.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and effective manner.
